As commercial file manager you follow up the insurance files of your clients from beginning to end. The focus is on insurance files concerning Liability and Financial Lines and this for large national and international companies.

Description

  • You will collaborate on our international programmes and in this respect you are the contact person and trusted advisor for our international clients
  • You will take care of the complete policy administration and follow-up of these programs
  • You will build a relationship of trust with your clients and maintain close contacts with our national and international partners.
  • You participate in the invoicing of these files and perform all related administrative tasks correctly, effectively and timely
  • You answer all questions of partners by phone or email and give advice where you can
  • You support and inform the Product Manager who maintains the commercial contacts with your clients
  • You inform them of important signals, evolutions and opportunities that you have received

Your profile

As a commercial file manager, you proactively look for the best insurance solution for your clients. You are strong in the administration and follow-up of their files and you enjoy making the necessary (international) contacts.

You also have the following points:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have already built up work experience in liability and/or industrial accident insurance
  • You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch and you can also express yourself professionally and fluently in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
  • You have strong administrative skills which help you to organise your work, to set priorities and to follow up your dossiers accurately and on time
  • You have a commercial and analytical mind. These qualities help you in your communication with insurers, partners and colleagues. You empathize with your clients’ questions and proactively look for the right solution
  • You are service oriented towards customers, attach importance to a positive team atmosphere and also contribute to this yourself
  • You are strong with figures and have a good knowledge of IT applications such as Excel
