Function

Makes decisions to start up projects and/or aligns different projects, manages projects with a scope and time frame and bears budgetary responsibility and examines the feasibility of the projects and analyses the implications of possible adjustments with minimal impact for the internal/Telenet customer. Uses (formal) processes and instruments/tools to map out and manages resources, budget, risks and changes. If applicable, investigates, deals with and follows up internal and external complaints.

Delivers qualitative End-to-End project/committed deliverables, according to specifications and within scope, budgeted costs and preparation of the final evaluation of the assigned project(s)/file(s) in terms of timing, budget, aftercare, customer satisfaction with attention to internal/external synergy works.

Makes all necessary project information available to all stakeholders and registers and documents this data into systems and ensures that correct project information, documentation and reporting is available for the various internal and/or external stakeholders. In addition, also responsible for the reporting and analysis of the data/information.

Manages, plans (short and/or medium term), motivates and negotiates with internal/external stakeholders (ex. internal departments, government institutions, suppliers, subcontractors, ...).

Continuously improves projects (continuous improvement) by identifying, defining, developing and adjusting processes, solutions and models in order to improve the business / time-to-market / cost efficiency, by monitoring market trends and making recommendations for future solutions and by actively participating in the drafting of functional and technical specifications, actively participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and/or selecting suppliers.

Profile

You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent through relevant experience (minimum 3 years’ experience)

You are NL/ENG or FR/ENG speaking

You are a team player

You are assertive & creative

You have a solution orientation, an analytical and organizational ability

You have a positive attitude, are flexible and stress resistant

Nice to have; skills will be developed in the first months in the function:

Experience with projects in the Telecom sector

Good knowledge of project and other management standards and communication tools

Knowledge of the Telenet telecom infrastructure.
