The Role

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive governance framework and documentation, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry standards.
Create and refine a standardized approach to project deployment, establishing guidelines, tools, and templates for consistent project execution.
Regularly gather, consolidate, and present reports on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators for the program stakeholders.
Identify, monitor, and resolve dependencies within the IS team and across business teams, facilitating efficient and timely project execution.
Assist the Program manager and the project manager in reporting project progress and health to stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Monitor, track, and manage risks and issues identified by project leads and business analysts, creating mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, reports, and presentations, for steering committees and status meetings, facilitating informed decision-making.
Organize workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions within the IS team, promoting best practices, innovation, and collaboration.
Engage with other PMOs within the program, exchanging insights, best practices, and lessons learned, fostering a cohesive and synergistic approach.
