The Role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive governance framework and documentation, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry standards.
  • Create and refine a standardized approach to project deployment, establishing guidelines, tools, and templates for consistent project execution.
  • Regularly gather, consolidate, and present reports on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators for the program stakeholders.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve dependencies within the IS team and across business teams, facilitating efficient and timely project execution.
  • Assist the Program manager and the project manager in reporting project progress and health to stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
  • Monitor, track, and manage risks and issues identified by project leads and business analysts, creating mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, reports, and presentations, for steering committees and status meetings, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Organize workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions within the IS team, promoting best practices, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Engage with other PMOs within the program, exchanging insights, best practices, and lessons learned, fostering a cohesive and synergistic approach.
