Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Project Manager in charge of radio E2E supply chain and HW/SW RAN, with specialist knowledge in the area of HW management and logistics, including inventory management, and HW returns. Software management setup and tracking with related authorities. In addition, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and dashboard systems required to handle orders, deliveries, and inventories. A close collaboration and lead between the different stakeholders not limited to account, NPD, solution architects, warehouse manager, implementation manager and the client. Handle partner concerns and financial forecast and follow up with MCO/PFM.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the supply coordinator, ASR, CPM and Implementation Managers, from the readiness of the project, to ensure HW deliveries are planned according to site deployment schedule
  • Support the Account Supply Responsible with overall projects’ needs
  • Support the roll-out and investigate any issue related to orders or deliveries
  • Follow up on key indicators, using dashboards and tools, identify risks and raise alerts and accordingly
  • Maintain the project item lists between delivery and sales.
  • Ensure HW and software databases from the customer, and from Ericsson are up to date and in sync
  • Define spare stock, buffer stock and mange throughout the project lifecycle. Manage unused HW and buyback procedures.
  • Ensure invoicing of HW and SW installed, as per contractual terms
  • Follow up on HW returns from our sub-contractors
  • Ensure our sub-contractors handle their HW inventory according to expectations
  • Ensure the E2E follow up of hardware as from ordering, delivery in country, warehouse, reverse logistics, invoicing.
  • Document and update as needed, the end-to-end processes from customers’ orders, up to invoicing
  • Propose and manage processes and tools changes, internally and towards our sub-contractors and customer
  • Complete project governance process including status reporting, issue and risk identification and appropriate partner concern; adjust plan and communicate status, forecasts and plan revisions as needed; maintain project dashboard.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of professionals
  • Ensure budget establishment and follow up according to contractual obligations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: BAC+5
  • Min years of experience of CPM : 2 years
  • Managing E-E Supply chain for large scale roll-out project will be added advantage
  • Knowledge about Supply forecasting, Ordering of HW/SW, Delivery Follow-up, Escalation Handling, Warehousing & Inventory Management, Dismantling & Scrapping, Logistics handling – will be key asset.
  • Demonstrated ability: Ericsson Radio portfolio, logistics, HW and software management
  • Requires both theoretical knowledge and understanding through solid experience i.e. from deployment in rollout projects.
  • Experience driving change, and implementing new processes and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with different organizations and profiles
  • Good communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Deep experience of Excel or related experience on database tracking, reporting and analyze.
  • Proficiency with the English Language
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and develop a team and team members
  • Leading the team for a large scale swap project will be added advantage (for CPM)
