Job title:Senior Project Manager

Location:Bruges, Belgium

Length of Contract:12 months (FTC)

Haybury have partnered with a leading military service organization to support ani ongoing project within Belgium and he Netherlands. Within this position you will be project managing maritime operations to achieve operational readiness of navel forces. This branch of the organization is key in supporting search and rescue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute a strategic project plan and roadmap
  • Lead Navy and Defense teams to achieve operational readiness
  • Work and communicate with key global stakeholders to achieve the project goal
  • Ensure project compliance with operational protocols and industry expectations
  • Identify and mitigate against any project risks
  • Develop timelines and support overall budget management of the project
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Belgium and Dutch both verbal and written communication
