As a member of our Pharma Software team, you will be responsible for the quality of the software delivered to our pharmacy clients. You will join a team striving for quality and fast development cycles in a critical business environment. Constructive criticism, clear communication and collaboration are key in how we jointly create software that targets high customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for an experienced QA engineer, who will allow us to combine fast delivery times with qualitative results – someone strongly dedicated.

Your Challenge :

  • Perform functional testingof business features with our product owners.
  • Design test plansin accordance with the product owners and the development team.
  • Fine-tune the current testing infrastructureto make it fit the needs.
  • Maintain and add automated testingto existing and new modules, for both UI and API.
  • Generate testing reportshighlighting where focus should be put.
  • Create detailed bugs and refine them regularly,discuss their severity and importance with the team.
  • Organize qualitymeetings and participate in go-live decisionsof every version of the software.
  • Participate in the team’s scrum ceremonies, especially the backlog refinement and features presentations, to provide early feedback and integrate testing early in the development lifecycle.
  • Teach, mentor, and learn. You’ll be responsible not just for testing code, but for helping the entire team do better work through teaching and mentoring other engineers.

What we expect:

  • You have proven experience and success as a QA engineer, including experience with standard testing tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ranorex and Playwrightis a
  • Knowledge ofAzure DevOpsorsimilar CI/CD toolsis a
  • You are user-focused and love building great products. We are looking for someone with ambitious standards, who can set the bar for excellence in product development using your critical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a team-first mentality and work collaboratively. You rely on strong communication and collaboration skills to be able to work within and across teams to drive integrations in hybrid-cloud environment.
  • You are not afraid of taking relevant initiativesthat help the team grow.
  • You strongly believe in documentingyour work to spread knowledge.
  • You speak French and English. Dutch is a plus.
