We are in need of avery ambitious and entrepreneurial R&D Manager!

Novellas Healthcare is an international supplier in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech and medical devices), specialized in staffing solutions and patient support programs.

We are a recognized strategic partner in the life sciences industry for 20 years already.

As an organization, we continuously want to grow and improve our services. We are specialized in Commercial functions and in R&D functions. We are the market leader in Belgium in commercial roles and have the ambition to become n° 1 in R&D staffing as well. Therefore, we are looking for managerial expertise in R&D, with a strong focus on Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Affairs.

Your main roles & responsibilities:

Strategic roles:

  • Developing a R&D staffing business unit within Novellas
  • Creating sustainable partnerships with the life sciences industry

Operational responsibilities:

  • Attracting vacancies in the R&D job families
  • Candidate Management
  • Recruitment of R&D functions

Your Experience:

  • > 10 years of managerial experience in healthcare
  • Experience in Clinical Operations
  • And/or experience in Regulatory Affairs/Quality Affairs
  • English/Dutch, French is a plus
