As our Recruitment & Talent Officer you will be part of the HR Excellence team, including Talent Management & Recruitment, Rewards and Learning & Development. You will work closely with different stakeholders in the wider HR team (HR Manager, HRBP’s, Payroll & admin,…) In this role, you will also build & maintain strong working relationships with our business stakeholders within the different departments and external partners.
  • Reporting into the Manager Recruitment & Talent, you will be responsible to manage our recruitment processes from A to Z for staff & managerial positions based in our offices in Brussels, Ghent and Zwevegem. You will have a portfolio of various positions across different departments Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, HR,…
  • You will be(come) a trusted expert and advisor towards our (business) stakeholders with regards to the recruitment strategy & organization of the selection procedure, which you actively (co)-lead. Together, you align upon a strong recruitment strategy, leading to successful results. Following the interview & selection procedure you are responsible for the salary negotiation and initiation of the onboarding procedure, ensuring our new colleagues a warm welcome in the organization.
  • In this role, you will also support and think along employer branding initiatives and projects.
  • You will actively work on the development & follow-up of our external and internal talent pools, ensuring a solid and sustainable pipeline for key positions.
  • You enjoy to have a look at existing processes and optimizing them to increase the quality and efficiency.
Within this role we offer a high flexibility in terms of working location. You can be based in Brussels or Ghent, or travel between both locations if you like, in combination with homeworking.

About You

You hold a Bachelor or Masters Degree and have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. A first relevant professional or internship experience is a strong plus.

You can fluently communicate in English and you at least speak either Dutch or French.
