We are looking for a consultant (freelance but also open for people desiring to work as a payroll consultant) for an interesting assignment, which we expect to last 6 months or longer.

Our client is a well-know multinational company in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector.

For their Beauty care division, operating in the Benelux area, they are looking for a Sales Controller.

Work location will be Brussels, occasionally Utrecht, but with a large degree of home based work possible.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is an expert in Excel and proficient in data handling
  • Is analytical, creative, persistent, result driven with strong communication skills
  • Has excellent knowledge of English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the sales controlling environment, preferably in the FMCG sector


Consultancy project to start in September untill Q1 2022 ( extendable contract)


You’ll be responsible for developing new innovative dashboards to control and forecast the P&L per category and per channel/country.

Key tasks are differentiated into Reporting, Analysis and Consulting with increasing degree of complexity and know-how:

1. Reporting requires the development of a new set of tools to steer the business and to control trade spend budgets and specific P&L reporting and forecasting.

2. Analysis requires weekly monitoring of running month‘s turnover forecast, monthly analysis of sales and profitability, net price tracking per customer and ad hoc analyses.

3. Consulting requires support to the Sales Director in top-down sales, profitability and trade spend target setting per account.
