About the position

We have an exciting position available in our Benelux Business Unit as Sales Manager Foodservice Belgium.In this position, you report directly to our Sales Director Foodservice Benelux. As a Sales Manager, you lead your sales team in negotiations and relationship management within our Foodservice channel.

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the Foodservice sales team
  • Designing and setting the Foodservice channel strategy and goals
  • Driving and coordinating the execution in the Belgian market
  • Reporting and presenting of monthly, quarterly and yearly results
  • Driving profitable growth within the Foodservice channel

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in the Foodservice channel
  • Strong, hands-on experience in sales
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French and English is required.
  • Strong communication skills (intern/external) with a clear interest in developing Customer relationships and building solid internal relations.
