For one of our clients, a multinational consumer goods company, we are actively looking for a Sales officer.

What can you expect?

End to end responsible for managing customers’ orders from order intake to final delivery. Responsible for solving orders inaccuracies according to the customers’ requests.

Key Accountabilities
  • Order entry/management for all pharma customers (Wholesalers, Hospitals, Pharmacies) and all order types (sales CRM interface, EDI or email).
  • Complaints and returns handling (registration, communication and follow up with 3PL provider and QA department) according to internal procedures.
  • Follow and assure the Customer Approval Management in accordance with the internal procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently by phone and e-mail by answering the questions of the customers/sales representatives provide qualitative and timely response.
  • Customer facing role, being the contact person for assigned customers related to orders, deliveries, returns & complaints.
  • Back-orders management (report internally, orders release when product is available)
  • Initiate credit note process.
  • Work closely with the transport provider(s) to ensure on-time, complete and qualitative delivery
  • Collaborate with accounts receivable regarding dunning/Cash collection & credit management
  • Interact with customers as an ambassador of the company ensuring a strong relationship and trust are maintained.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Functional knowledge of warehousing & transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls and detail to decisions.
