Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master within Client, you are the person who takes teams in tow for a smooth SCRUM operation, you support the self-management of the teams by using the Agile method. You have a positive influence on mutual trust and give feedback in a positive way, with the aim of being able to anticipate customer demand even better.

core tasks:

Organising, facilitating and coaching the SCRUM (including sprint and release planning, review meetings, retrospectives, stand-up meetings).
Supporting the product owner in getting all aspects of the role filled (including managing the backlog and prioritizing it based on value creation for Client).
Ensure that the sprint review meeting is filled in as a demo from Product Owner and team to the stakeholders and the moment to capture feedback and stimulate learning at product level.
Ensure that business is part of the team and form the bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
Ensuring that the operation and progress are reported in the most transparent way possible.
Stimulating a positive team climate and a relationship of trust between the team members, i.e. putting into effect the scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness & respect).
Coaching the team and removing obstacles that can hinder the goals.
Ensure that the productivity of the team grows. (continuous improvement)
Organizing mob programming sessions In addition, from your role as an Agile Coach, you will help to further propagate the agile mindset by, among other things:
actively helping to build the Scrum Master Guild
onboarding and guiding new Scrum Masters in their role
securing best practices around Agile in the Client project organization, etc.
