Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing)- Mechelen

A global manufacturing customer of ours in are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join for a long term, freelance mission.

The customer are a global leader in high-performance polymers and provide sustainable materials for industries like automotive, construction, and electronics.

They need a business analyst to come in and help with a "Process Improvement" project, to improve their production worksflows and increase efficiency.

Role:

  • Gather and analyze data on current production processes to help in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize existing workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work with production teams, engineers, and management to understand pain points, gather feedback, and develop solutions.
  • Track the performance of implemented changes, using key performance indicators to measure the impact on efficiency and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst
  • English speaking – French/Dutch preferred

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 12 Months

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Mechelen

ONSITE POLICY: Flexible

HOURS PER WEEK: 40
