We solve a wide variety of complex real tasks in a high-paced environment with significant exposure to top management teams and other key stakeholders.As a (Senior) Consultant Real Estate Sustainability Services, you will be working in various projects including definition of sustainability strategies, portfolio analysis, real estate asset analysis, CAPEX plan, execution of sustainability roadmap. You will develop Real Estate transformation plans, provide (re-)development advisory, define core or non-core assets, provide options for value creation, and develop real estate sustainability transition plans embedded in portfolio and asset management plans alignment.You will be serving large variety of clients such as: local and international corporates, real estate developers, asset managers, real estate funds, family offices, investors and public sector clients.Let’s Talk About YouGiven the environment we operate in, that translates into a result-oriented top-performer with the social intelligence to match it – by which we mean you’re a team player and possess the ability to make an impact that matters. We’ve narrowed it down to the following characteristics:

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering (architecture / industrial / civil) with additional trainings and certifications.
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in performing energy related assessment in the building sector services.
• Knowledge of CAD drawing tools.
• Certified or willing to get certified in wellness and sustainability WELL-AP.
• Certified or willing to get certified in BREEAM for new construction and/or existing buildings.
• Knowledge in real estate sustainability, energy consultancy, sustainable real estate development advisory or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in the EU taxonomy and ESG services is a plus.
• Life Cycle Assessment knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with building retrofitting strategies is a plus.
• Making an impact towards decarbonization of the building sector is in your DNA.
• Strong analytical skills, client focused, dynamic, result driven, can work in a team and autonomous, with strong communication skills and empathy.
• You are fluent in English and/or Dutch and/or French.
