As Senior Planner at Hologic you will work with the EMEA Demand & Supply Planning team to develop, co-ordinate, source and deliver planning information to enable the planning team to analyze performance and drive improvements in plan accuracy, product availability and inventory coverage. This role plays a critical part in enabling improving day to day operation and supply chain alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the set-up and maintenance of long-term requirement planning:

• Replenishment of A Class products from External Sources and Production Plants into the Regional network of Distribution Centers
• Inventory management and reporting (calculating targets and following up on trends and control)
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationship with Commercial and Marketing Teams, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Production Planning
• Implement, review, and improve processes, to achieve increased automation and reduction of workload.

To own and lead the Allocation process:

• From the analysis of Sales Forecast and Supply plan, develop and propose quotas by means of which supply is split and distributed in the sub-regions of EMEA
• Reconcile actual sales vs forecast, and actual sales vs constrained supply, and realign the quotas based on Financial and Sales targets
• Support the Planning and Commercial teams in creating a CPFR – Collaborative Forecasting and Replenishment Planning with key markets/Customers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Solid experience in both supply and demand planning
• Broad end to end supply chain and operations process knowledge
• Experience in complex networks of Production Plants and Distribution Centers
• Skills in process mapping, value chain mapping, Lean concepts (SIPOC, DMAIIC, 5S)
• Familiar with planning methodologies like, ATO,MTO, MTS
• Educational background in Supply Chain management, Supply planning - preferred
• Conversant with ERP systems like Oracle, ASCP and reporting tools like Qlikview, Qliksense would be a benefit
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills and persistence and focus to drive results and continuous improvement
