Job Description:
Facility Management (FAC) is responsible for the management of facilities (Projects, Operations, Logistics, and Real Estate) for the bank’s network of branches and large buildings. FAC aims to be a strategic partner for business activities, anticipating needs and responding to evolving requirements in terms of equipment and installations, to better serve the end customer and create value for all stakeholders.
The "Technical Equipment" division ensures the relevance and coherence of technical choices, considering the specifics of our real estate assets, technological innovations, regulatory framework, and aiming to minimize risks and costs, particularly for our critical installations. This includes expertise in HVAC, electricity, data cabling, multimedia, fire safety, access and alarm systems, CCTV, GTC, and more.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support other FAC domains in the preparation of studies (feasibility), concepts, and projects, both in branches (+/- 300) and administrative buildings (+/- 30). The studies will focus on electrical installations (low and medium voltage) and associated low current techniques (security installations, alarm installations, etc.).
- Independently establish detailed technical concepts, for example, for a technical rollout.
- Understand and correctly apply internal guidelines and procedures.
- Develop, publish, and maintain standardization through guidelines and procedures in collaboration with colleagues.
- Conduct risk analyses, manage risk management, and perform technical audits.
- Act as a second-line expert in case of problems or requests from other FAC domains.
- Complete "as-built" dossiers.
Currently, pre-studies in electricity for our branch network are crucial. These projects are mainly located in Wallonia and Brussels, where studies and documents need to be prepared in French. These projects will also require at least one on-site visit.
About You:
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: minimum "good"
- French: fluent
- English: optional
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Preferable: minimum 2 years of experience in the design or execution of projects or parts of projects in "Electricity".
Soft Skills:
- Teamwork, flexibility, good communication, solution-oriented.
