If you have a technical sales background, a hunter and experience selling integrated total solutions and developing strategic accounts in a mature and complex market, then you are the Business Consultant we are looking for.
Sr Business Consultant
For our business unit, we are looking for a talented and driven Business Consultant Solutions that is able to contribute to achieving growth within the different market segments. Someone who serves the best of themselves and the customer to the maximum. In this function you are able to build new customer relationships and develop lasting relationships through maintaining your contacts. As a Business Consultant Solutions, you report directly to Sales Leader Building Solutions and are part of the sales organization.
What are your responsibilities:
- creating “connected buildings" together with and for your own customers;
- achieve sales targets that contribute to the organization’s short and long-term objectives;
- developing partnerships;
- preparation and execution of strategic business plans;
- positioning a customer-specific offering with clear value proposition, such as life cycle / total cost of ownership for end users;
- develop trust-based relationships with key players in the market.
You have:
- a completed higher education program (preferably in the direction of measuring & control technology or equivalent);
- extensive work experience in sales in a B2B/B2G environment (of which at least 5 years as a business consultant);
- experience in selling integrated automation solutions (IT solutions to end customers and installers or system integrators);
- winning mentality and result orientation;
- experience in creating and maintaining relationships with key positions within consultants, installers and construction companies at different levels;
- experience in developing accounts in a structured manner;
- knowledge of consulting -/value based selling;
- experience in contract and claims management;
- knowledge of the French and English language orally and in writing.
