As Supply Network Planner, your main responsibilities will be :

Planning Integration:

  • Integrate input into supply plans.
  • Conduct scenario planning.
  • Provide support for decision-making.
  • Assist in resolving supply issues.

Process & Systems Enhancement:

  • Drive and contribute to enhancements in processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with the supply center of excellence (SC CoE), global planning, and global distribution teams.
  • Ensure proper process and system governance.
  • Propose improvement initiatives in areas like planning, order fulfillment, forecasting, and performance management.

Partnering:

  • Establish relationships and trusted collaboration channels with supply chain representatives from production sites.
  • Improve and maintain working methods in alignment with guidance and Network management playbook.
  • Actively participate in vendor team meetings and OMR (Operations Management Review) meetings.

NPL (New Product Launch) & LCM (Life Cycle Management):

  • Monitor and manage various aspects related to new product launches and product life cycle management.
  • Ensure readiness of master data, artwork, purchase orders, and production batches.
  • Confirm initial supply volumes and delivery dates.
  • Handle agreements and preparations for new product launches.

Digitalization & Innovation:

  • Support innovation and digitalization initiatives in partnership with GSC teams and SC CoE.
  • Collaborate with the CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) network Steering co to execute projects.
  • Manage Network Change:
  • Contribute to business cases for network changes.
  • Assist in creating vendor supply agreements.
  • Define capacity models and critical parts.
  • Align CMO operating strategies and requirements.

Risk Management & Escalation Flow:

  • Accountable for governance of risk management beyond operational short-term risks.
  • Provide inputs, assessments, and mitigation strategies for tier-1 up to key tier-2 or tier-3 suppliers.

Inventory Management:

  • Collect CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) inventory data for quarterly inventory reconciliations.
  • Responsible for providing justification elements for stock scrapping or provisioning decisions.

These responsibilities demonstrate the role’s involvement in strategic planning, process improvement, collaboration, risk management, and inventory control within the supply chain and production network.

Requirements:

  • Background in pharma Operations and/or Planning experience
  • Performances Driven
  • Systems skills in SAP/OMP (or fast learner)
  • Experience or willingness to the manufacturing operational environment
  • Stakeholder management, skills to influence
  • Able to manage Details and complexity
  • Clear in oral and written communication (English)
  • Analytical mindset, KPI and Result Driven
  • Demonstrated Planning and constraint management capabilities
  • Ability to learn fast within a complex environment
  • Rigorous person, able to go from High view to very detailed view
  • Ability to influence others at all level of the organization
  • Capable of challenging ideas and providing Feedback in a constructive way
  • Strong Team Player
