What will the role involve?
We are currently looking for an inhouse recruiter. You will be part of Goodman’s recruitment team responsible for the entire recruitment process across 7 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain and Italy). This role is a mix between the daily operational recruitment tasks and define together with the team the recruitment strategy for Continental Europe.
Your Day To Day Role Will Include
- Managing the full recruitment cycle of the assigned vacancies (in different European countries)
- Advising the hiring leads throughout the full recruitment process
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates via different channels (LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, fairs,...)
- Working closely together with our campus ambassadors to attract graduates (fairs, presentations, inhouse events,...)
- Managing our ATS (Greenhouse) and producing recruitment metrics
- Working actively on our employer branding strategy
- Launching different recruitment initiatives (referral campaigns, recruitment trainings, inhouse recruitment events,..)
You have;
- The relevant experience in recruitment, preferably as an inhouse recruiter (minimum 3 years)
- The eagerness to learn and find solutions thinking out of the box
- The right level of maturity to challenge the business and the motivation to go the extra mile
- A fluent knowledge of English, verbally and written. Good knowledge of Dutch and French is an asset
