Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruitment)

Brussels Branch

A great opportunity has arisen in our global Talent Acquisition and Performance Enablement Center of Excellence. We are devoted to identifying and attracting the best IT talent in the market and creating a seamless candidate experience.

You will join a high-performing and experienced talent acquisition team, working with fun for diverse technology roles, and will be given the opportunity to become a valuable asset to the business, by building amazing technology teams, with a focus on the European Institutions.

You will...

  • Balance and prioritize a variety of technical position at once, you are a strong project manager and can handle a diversity of requisitions with stretch deadlines simultaneously.
  • Source and build a pipeline of technical candidates. You’ll use your “always be recruiting” attitude to introduce people to Intrasoft from online channels, referrals, hiring platforms, meetups, events, and of course - your own network.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HR Business Partners, PMO, Legal, Delivery and Hiring Managers, etc.)
  • Embody the company values: Make it happen, be the link, fuel creativity, sharing customer success, learn & evolve.
  • Be a real contributor in creating an amazing candidate experience, diversity hiring, efficient and effective interviewing process, out-of-the-box sourcing tools and methods and more.
  • Contribute, define, innovate, take out the most of events, employer branding and referral program strategies.
  • Monitor company’s ATS/E-recruitment platform and make sure all data is up-to-date.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have…

  • Solid Recruitment experience in a multinational environment, preferably in a combination of agency and in-house, on a European level.
  • Proven work experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment function within the Technology domain.
  • Client-focused and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Clear understanding and hands on experience with the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

You may have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or another relevant field.
  • An IT related degree will be highly valued.
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Excellent command of the French language.
  • Knowledge of the EU institutions and tendering procedures.
