As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, managing the end-to-end recruitment processand ensuring we attract and hire top talent.

Your responsibility will include:

• Crafting compelling job descriptions and managing the publications
• Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and securing the best candidates
• Negotiating offers with the support of hiring managers
• Drafting work-contract and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Supporting managers in team engagement and follow-ups
• Keeping our HR tracking tools up to date for seamless information sharing
• Representing SII at recruitment events (job fairs, universities, industry expos)
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence in Belgium

Competitive compensation and benefits

Profile:

• A Master’s degree (Business School or HR related field)
• An experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication skills & empathy, you know how to connect with people
• Team player, you enjoy working with others and know how to collaborate efficiently
• Proactive & solution-oriented, you take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a sense of confidentiality
• Positive mindset and ambition, you’re motivated to be a key player in an exciting growth journey.
• An affinity for IT or engineering profile is a plus
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
