As a Team Manager IT-Onsite Support (m/f/d), you will lead a team of currently 9 associates in Brussels (Zaventem), Belgium and several other locations in Belgium and the Netherlands. At the same time, you act as a Senior Analyst and support the operative day-to-day business towards Global Business Executives.

Your role

· Operational leadership of onsite support teams in Belgium and the Netherlands

· Primary contact and first point of escalation for our client’s stakeholders.

· Decisions regarding the coordination, execution and prioritisation of tasks and projects

· Responsible for maintaining IT service delivery metrics and key performance indicators.

· Identifying improvements to increase maturity as well as ensuring service- and process quality

· Leading the asset management activities for the responsible region

· Fulfilling of a technical expert role on senior level in all areas of deskside support with focus on Senior Leadership members

· Support recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as other administrative requirements

Your profile

· Ideally, you have a degree in information technology with a minimum of five years’ experience in an IT support role and initial experience in leading IT Support teams.

· The treatment of high calibre customers is motivating you to go the extra mile

· Can-do attitude, excellent in networking as well as stress resistant is a must

· You are passionate about modern IT technologies and have experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365), Apple Products as well as good knowledge of current office technologies.

· An ITIL certification as well as experience in ServiceNow and video conferencing equipment is desired.

· Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills, a strong service orientation for customer satisfaction and a structured, reliable and autonomous working approach will help you in your function.

· This regional role requires flexibility to travel of about 25% of your time.

· A confident appearance and the ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, will complete your profile. Dutch and French languages skills will be additional plus.
