Overview:

Mitel Belgium & Luxembourg is looking for a successful Territory Account Manager who shows they can compete and excel while selling complex unified communications in the mid. and large enterprise market. Mitel is a leading Unified Communications Solutions provider in the enterprise space providing premise and cloud-based solutions. The enterprise territory account manager will sell Mitel unified communications solutions that may include hardware, software, managed services, professional services and the complete Mitel enterprise portfolio via channel partners to end user customers in the enterprise market.


As a territory account manager you will be a “hunter” and will be responsible for new customer business development, account penetration and will follow accounts through prospecting, proposal, contract, installation, and on-going service.

The account manager will meet or exceed all assigned sales objectives, complete regular sales forecasting with accuracy, leverage Mitel’s sales automation tools and attend ongoing sales & certification training, programs and product meetings.

Responsibilities:

•Maintain a sales prospect pipeline significant enough to assure ongoing sales success as outlined by sales leadership.

•Generate new business through aggressive prospecting to mid. and large enterprise customers within the assigned territory.

•Provide creative, innovative and potentially complex managed services, equipment and communication professional services proposals for new customers and existing strategic customers that drive business value.

•Generate/manage leads from marketing by proper use of salesforce automation tools

•Serve customers through regular engagement which may include meetings, needs assessment and proposal development, executive-level meetings/contact and continual assessment of additional marketing and revenue-generating opportunities.

•Work jointly with the Sales Engineering & Operations Support Teams in assuring customer satisfaction.

•Maintain accurate & timely sales forecast information in salesforce.com

•Proactively uncover large enterprise opportunities and manage sales cycle

•Be able to work jointly with channels and distributors as these are our GTM model

•Will be responsible to maintain our relationship with consultants, make sure we feed them with the necessary information, setup workshops and meetings.

•Will support the Belux junior sales academy account manager

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Flemish & French, good level of English
  • Be able to work jointly with channels as these are our GTM model, needs to understand channel go to market.
  • Will be responsible to maintain our relationship with consultants, make sure we feed them with the necessary information, setup workshops and meetings.
  • Will be able to explain complex solutions in a easy to understand way.
  • Will have the necessary presentation and communication skills.
  • Needs to be able to work within a team situating in and outside the Belgium
  • Ability to travel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
