Function:

Colruyt Group’s Finance department provides financial support for all our brands. A treasury manager looks after our financial risks and cash flows. An ideal job for people with a passion for figures and finance!

To manage Colruyt Group’s financial risks and cash flows, we are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible treasury manager for the Treasury service. What specifically will be your responsibilities:

  • You will help to manage the financial market risksin the group and will be involved in various ad hoc projects leading to the improvement of processes and governance within the treasury organisation.
  • Investing cash surpluses, clearing deficits through various funding methods and managing loanswill also be part of your job responsibilities. You will be in direct contact with banks and will look after the bank relations together with the group treasurer.
  • You will make regular cash forecast updatesfor the next 12 to 24 months. You will analyse this information and present your insights and adjustments to the financial board.
  • You will help write the various treasury policy frameworks.

You will mainly work in Halle. Two days a week you will have the possibility of working in a regional office or from home.

Profile:

  • Knowledge and experience – You have a master’s degree in an economic field or the equivalent through experience. You have at least 2 years of experience as a treasury analyst or financial controller in a corporate or consulting environment or as a corporate banker. Experience with SAP Cash & Liquidity Management and Isabel 6 is a bonus.
  • Stress-resistant – You bear a great deal of responsibility and are highly visible within the organisation, but you are able to handle tight deadlines and high expectations well.
  • Enthusiastic and independent – You have excellent social skills, are able to motivate people and enjoy building a network.
  • Languages – Your spoken and written English are very good. You also have a good basic understanding of Dutch and French.
