At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Vendor Management Officer to join our UniQue team in Braine-l’Alleud.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Analyzes operational changes and supports change management planning and execution.
  • Engages stakeholders and assists with implementation activities.
  • Collects and reviews supplier performance data; resolves issues collaboratively.
  • Monitors supplier compliance with contracts, security, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Supports service improvement and performance initiatives.
  • Acts as a contact for supplier contract matters; tracks and reports performance.
  • Manages stakeholder issues, actions, and feedback to improve relationships.
  • Executes stakeholder communication plans.
  • Assists in product and vendor selection based on defined criteria.
  • Aligns vendor choices with IT and software requirements.
  • Maintains vendor partnerships; monitors performance and ensures compliance.
  • Escalates or ends vendor relationships as needed; liaises with legal when required.
  • Develops vendor standards and supports collaborative risk/reward models.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline
  • A minimum 2 years of relevant work experience(a lack of degree can be compensated with 6 years of extensive and progressive expertise in related duties)
  • Posses one of the certifications: Certified Outsourcing Professional(COP), Certified Supplier Relationship Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Experience in developing contracting vehiclesto support dynamic sourcing delivery
  • Experience developing Statements of Work, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Proposals
  • Experience with monitoring contractor performance and quality control processes
  • Experience withmanaging contractor and vendor relationships
  • Working knowledge and experienceprocurement process and regulations
  • Prior experience of working in both military and civilian environment
  • Proficiency in English language
