We are looking for a Young Graduate Program (Front Line Care) based preferably in Brussels covering the Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland and Austria cluster for a 6 months contract.

The Role

The young graduate in Marketing for Front Line Care will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager to define the business strategy and implement best-in-class omni-channel campaigns towards targeted customers.

Following the Following the acquisition of Hillrom by Baxter International Inc, lead and support is needed in aligning the ways of working. The Vision for the Front line Care BU is to transform healthcare by increasing efficiencies and improving patient outcomes through digital innovation and connected care.

We’re looking for a strategic and agile problem solver to support and bring our brand promise and core values to life. You will work in close collaboration with our European marketing team as well as Local marketing and sales teams to define and align company activities and messaging. You will be exposed to the Senior Leaders in the organization, including our CEO Joe Almeida.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of campaigns in line with the annual strategic marketing plan.

• Following the acquisition of Hillrom by Baxter International Inc, support in aligning business process to Baxter way of working. Help in the development and execution of omni-channel strategies:

• Analyze current trends in connected care and market environment.
• Able to work cross-functionally with a wider team (marketing, sales, medical, finance, IT, customer service…)
• Work with European Marketing teams to ensure appropriate communication, alignment and utilization of available resources and expertise.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, involving all relevant stakeholders and being accountable for the overall project implementation.
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Business Management. Consulting experience is a plus.

• Interest for country healthcare structures, national healthcare politics, hospital financing, reimbursement policies organization and history.

• Continuously looks for business intelligence, competitive information to develop business cases.

• Disruptive thinker, looking for Value Creation. Identifies barriers to change and addresses these appropriately.

• Passion for shaping digital interactions using a variety of tools and techniques going beyond zoom calls and webinars.

• Analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of diverse information, able to simplify and streamline into recommendations for decision making.

• Works autonomously, self-starter; learns quickly.

• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

• Ability to easily translate strategies into operational action plans, and to “get things done” with commitment and support from all stakeholders

• A great communicator with customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English. Dutch and French are a plus.
