EMEA Demo Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Demo Logistics Coordinator to join Hologic in Zaventem, Belgium.

What To Expect:

  • Order entry of DEMO orders in Oracle for logistical purposes
  • Create required shipping documents such as Certificate of Origin, ATR, ATA Carnet, legalized documents, shipping invoices and packing lists.
  • Schedule preventive demo maintenance with Field Service Managers (i.c.o. pre-event).
  • Initiation and follow-up of transportations to events within the EMEAC region.
  • Occasional presence at congresses and exhibitions are required for on-site handling
  • Schedule demo preventive maintenance with Field Service Managers (i.c.o. post-event)
  • Lead continuous process improvements, such as developing new and adapting existing SOPs and work instructions
  • Maintain monthly cost reporting.

What We Expect:

  • Excellent IT skills – able to work with Microsoft Office tools and ERP applications
  • Excellent command of the English language (Both oral and written), other languages are a plus
  • Proven positive customer experience track record (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Logistical experience: especially with warehousing and transportation is an asset
  • Ideally worked within the healthcare industry and/or an international environment
