Location: Tessenderlo, Belgium | RatLogistics

RatLogistics is an international logistics company specializing in efficient container solutions and supply chain services. Our Tessenderlo site serves as a central hub for container maintenance as well as the strategic management of loading and unloading processes for RFB bags.

To support our growth strategy, we are looking for a Depot Project Manager (m/f/d) who combines operational excellence with project and change management expertise.

Your Role

As Depot Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to depot operations. Your focus areas will include container maintenance, optimization of loading and unloading processes, and the strategic development of the site.

You will work closely with depot management, technical partners, and the executive leadership team, driving initiatives that sustainably improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan and implement projects in container maintenance, process optimization, and depot development.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement more efficient, safer, and digitally supported solutions.
• Technical Depot Management: Plan and oversee maintenance and repair projects for containers.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments, external service providers, and executive management.
• Change Management: Introduce new standards, methods, and systems to ensure the sustainable development of the depot.
• Controlling & Reporting: Prepare project plans, budgets, progress reports, and KPI analyses.

Your Profile

• Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification – alternatively, several years of hands-on experience in project management within logistics or depot operations.
• Proven experience in managing projects in a dynamic, technical environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and/or loading and unloading procedures (e.g. bulk handling) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation.
• Very good command of German & English; Dutch or French is a plus.
