DevOps Engineer

We are looking for someone who will join the shared service in our client’s office as a DevOps Engineer. You will have to collaborate with other specialists and implement services such as code validation tools or cloud infrastructure by ensuring their automation. You can work closely with the product owner, the architect, and the scrum master, together you are committed and proud to deliver the best solutions.

Ability to work in Agile or Waterfall methodology is mandatory.

Your profile

- You are responsible to implement and support CI/CD pipelines

- Implement system architecture and modifications of it to improve process

- You are open to creativity and new ideas and pragmatic, with an eye for details

- Provide support towards application development teams

- Develop plans, test them, and deploy applications as defined by the user stories

- Actively participate in agile ceremonies

- Propose enhancements and improvements of your solution and your way of working

Experience and Required Skills

- AT least 2-3 years working experience in similar role

- Experience with cloud native development

- Good knowledge of CI/CD implementation

- Experience with tools like Kubernetes, AWS, Elastic Search, Ansible, Dockers

- Experience in software development

- Eager to learn and to keep up to date with new IT trends

- Good knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git

- Good knowledge on software (SonarQube, Selenium, JMeter)

- Good Knowledge in scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy)

- Good Knowledge in Database configuration (NoSQL, MongoDB, Data Lake)

- Open mind to new ideas

- Comfortable working in self organizing teams with result

English is mandatory French and Dutch are a plus.

A WORK PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
