As Esko ramps up its video and digital content strategy, the Digital Content & Campaign Manager will play a key role in driving this transformation. This role will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that fuel engagement, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline across regions. It sits within Esko’s Digital Marketing Team, reporting to the Global Director of Digital Marketing and will be working 2 days a week from our office in Ghent, Belgium.
In this role, the key responsibilities are:
- E-mail Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with digital, field, and product marketing teams to coordinate and execute automated global & regional email campaigns
- Interactive Product Tour Leadership: Partner closely with the Content Marketing & Sales Enablement teams to lead the planning, production, and promotion of interactive, self-serve demo tours to generate high-quality marketing opportunities via web and campaign channels.
- Conversational Marketing: Oversee the strategy and ongoing development of Esko’s online chat experience, in tandem with Esko’s Marketing Development Team, ensuring it contributes meaningfully to pipeline generation through enhanced engagement and user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Own reporting, performance analysis and continuous improvement for the above channels, ensuring they continue to generate awareness for the Esko brand and high-quality marketing leads for the business
- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience in a medium to large-sized B2B tech or software company, focusing on content and/or marketing automation.
- 3+ years’ experience leveraging enterprise level sales & marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Outreach), ideally configuring lead management workflows, lead scoring models, and building drip/nurture email campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
- Proven track record in developing and managing video content-driven campaigns that engage B2B audiences with basic knowledge of video and image editing using AI tools
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across global teams by leading integrated campaigns in matrixed environments, working cross-functionally with product marketing, regional field teams, and sales to deliver measurable pipeline impact.
- Developed and launched high-performing digital content (e.g. product tours, explainer videos, campaign assets) tailored to technical and business personas, resulting in increased engagement and MQL conversion rates.
