Do you have 5 to 8 years of experience in all things digital, and more specific in e-commerce? Telenet e-commerce lead will be responsible for the full E2E e-sales experience. He or She will have the mission to make digital/online our consumer’s preferred sales and support channel, within a well defined omnichannel customer experience.

This is a crucial role in the omnichannel strategy. We expect and will enable you to have a direct impact on the experience of any prospect or consumer who visits our web pages or alike. You will be part of an agileoperating structure with high empowerment and close team collaboration, working in 2 weekly sprints focused on experimentation and delivery.

Key Tasks Include
  • The e-commerce manager is end-to-end responsible for the performance of the Telenet e-commerce channels.
  • Drive the success of online marketing activities, boosting the share of digital sales and reaching targets (traffic focus)
  • Optimize the complete customer journey on the web, from discovery until post-sales (conversion focus)
  • Organize A/B testing: ideation, prioritization, setup and evaluation of tests
  • Strive towards growth and development of digital sales channels with an innovative mindset (esales best practices, analytics, test and target, webdeals, campaign tactics, … ).
The Kind Of Profile/experience We Are Looking For
  • We’re looking for someone who is confident working on end-to-end digital experiences for sales and service.
  • You have a Bachelor-Master degree and between 5-8 years’ of relevant experience (e-commerce, digital sales or service, …)
  • You are skilled in Information Architecture (navigation) redesign
  • You have a strong affinity with digital analytics & reporting (preferably Adobe Analytics) and information architecture, UX, behavioral economics or design thinking.
  • Experience with Growth Hacking is a plus
  • Experience with CMS (Content Management System) such as Adobe Experience Manager & Digital Content Management
  • E-commerce business ownership
  • Track record of data-driven conversion increase on websites or other digital platforms / bonus: service design fundamentals
  • You speak Dutch, French and English.
  • You are eager to learn, have a passion for analytics and love following the latest trends within e-sales.
