Job Purpose and Impact

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you contribute to Cargill’s growth by developing and managing social media campaigns, driving the evolution of digital media and enriching the current marketing mix. In a rapidly evolving digital environment, you identify opportunities to generate leads through digital media and more specifically social media. You help improve the digital customer journey with a keen eye for user experience and optimize lead conversion and nurture results to drive sales. Key Accountabilities
Work as the subject matter expert and Digital Marketing go-to person with colleagues in your team and with stakeholders across our business to align on goals/KPIs, planning and execution. Identify and implement digital marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams (R&D). Use thorough knowledge of digital marketing to create appealing and effective campaign journeys, and report results. Manage the digital marketing calendar, track performance and optimize vs. campaign budgets. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Thorough experience with Google ads and analytics. Proficiency with SEO (tools). Demonstrated ability to build relationships within a large (multinational) organization and with our supplier network. Strong listening, communications and influencing skills; Persuasive and ability to quickly establish a rapport with all stakeholders. Proven project management skills; Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Superior presentation and analytical skills. Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic team player. Self-starter and effective problem-solver. Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
