We are looking for aDigital Quality Training Lead - Mechelen,BE/Basel,CH/Leiden,NL

Scope of the job

You are responsible for the setup, management and maintenance of the digital training platform of Galapagos (GLPG). You are proficient in digital training systems (such as Veeva) and understand the connection to the broader digital Quality Management Systems. And finally you are also responsible for animating the network of training point of contacts in Galapagos.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define the digital Training strategy for Galapagos
  • Ensure proper translation of training processes in digital workflows; setup and maintenance of user requirements in the electronic training system
  • Develop/guide/involve the training team members on new digital tools and capabilities
  • Being accountable for the continuous improvement and new digital capabilities related to training.
  • Ensure the electronic training system support compliance to regulatory expectations
  • First point of contact for training during regulatory inspections
  • Lead digital training expertise and knowledge transfer as training tools for users; provide digital training and continuous coaching to internal staff involved in the management of training activities.
  • Set up, develop and support a network of key stakeholders within the business
  • Lead new efforts related to digital training methodologies/technologies
  • Proficient with learning tools to support knowledge check for training
Who are you?
  • Higher educational degree (BSc, MSc) in a medical or science-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital training environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Proficient in digital training- systems and capabilities with excellent knowledge of GxP requirements
  • Proficiency in Enqlish required
