IT is crucial to Colruyt Group. As an Application Manager, you will be part of our team Aladdin Digital Customer Services. Here, we develop an innovative mobile application for the digital customer services of Colruyt, Collect&Go, etc. You can start working an a major project straight away!
In collaboration with external parties, Aladdin Digital Customer Services will start up a software factory organisation within a cloud environment (Azure). Then, an innovative mobile application will be built iteratively in combination with front-end, back-end & integration services. As a mobile solutions manager, you will manage & guard the applications end-2-end.
What will you do specifically?
- You will take care of service delivery management.
- You will make sure the applications meet the customers’ needs and the agreed upon service levels.
- You will follow up the complete application life cycle.
- You will keep the overview of all applications and make sure that they are attuned to each other efficiently.
- You will take care of setting up the necessary monitoring & reporting.
- You are the contact point within the collaboration with external partners for the development of our applications.
Moreover, from your start you will be part of a major strategic project on a mobile app that will completely innovate our digital assistance for customers. You will collaborate daily with a team of experienced application managers that will love to share their knowledge with you.
You will work in Halle and be able to telework or work from one of our regional offices in Kortrijk, Merelbeke, Mechelen, Haasrode, etc.
Profile:
- Knowledge and experience - You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT field of study and preferably you already have a first experience as a software engineer. You are also familiar with the landscape of mobile apps.
- Technical knowledge -You are familiar with programming and programming languages. Experience with Cloud environments, Azure, Microservices Architecture, Webmethods and Powercenter is a plus.
- Agile mentality - You approach your tasks with the necessary flexibility and are able to switch quickly in case of sudden changes. Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
- Conceptual thinker -You can think at an abstract level and detect weaknesses, strengths and points of improvement.
- Communicative and proactive - You speak clearly, build up sustainable contacts easily and you are easy to communicate with. You also think pro-actively and start working before problems arise.
- Language skills - In our IT environment English is the working language. So, you speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
