Job description :
  • You are responsible for the optimum use of the available resources (internal or external lorries and drivers) in order to guarantee smooth deliveries to customers worldwide.
  • You provide all required transport and customs documents to make sure all transport take place in accordance with the applicable legislation.
  • You maintain customer contacts with a view to delivering optimum service.
  • You organise and coordinate the shipping department.
  • You ready goods for transport and assist with loading.
Your profile :
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an administrative background.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience heading a team within a shipping department.
  • You are not afraid of physical work and are familiar with lifting techniques.
  • You are a good communicator with good organisational skills (planning).
  • You are a team player across all divisions.
  • Languages: Dutch, English. Knowledge of French and German is a plus.
  • You live in the area.
  • You report to the production manager.
