Role and responsibilities:

Analyst-Expert C/C++ under embedded linux environment

MISSION
To follow up on a quality audit targeting the architectural design of several software based at the heart of its operation, the TEC is looking for an Analyst-Expert in C/C++ (embedded) under Linux environment to lead the analysis aimed at upgrading the code. of this software in order to be able to integrate a set of new functionalities requested by our users.
Based on the recommendations of this audit and the new functionalities to be developed, you will propose:
First, a roadmap to overcome the problems mentioned in order to make the code more reliable, efficient, maintainable and portable with regard to current development best practices;
Then, an initial technical feasibility analysis for the main new features to be developed.

PROFILE
As an Analyst-Expert in C/C++ embedded system department H/F/X, you have the following skills:
•You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science OR a Master’s degree in computer science.
• You have 5 years’ experience in a similar position if Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience if Master’s.
•Experience in software development (OO) and technical architecture is required.

Your technical skills are:
Experience in C/C++/ Qt/Shell - Linux development
Knowledge of the Linux environment
System programming (multithread, sockets, inter-process communication, etc.)
Relational database and SQL (Sybase, MySQL, SQLite)
Development tool (IDE, git, gcc, etc.)

Additional skills desired in development for embedded systems (x86 platform)
The practice of technical English is an asset
You have excellent communication skills and are customer oriented.
You are organized and structured and have a spirit of synthesis.
You like to take initiatives and you easily adapt to change.
