The EMEA Talent Acquisition CoE (Centre of Excellence)supports the businesses strategy & growth by sourcing the best talent for DuPont. The primary focus of the team is resourcing immediate, priority hiring need whilst supporting the development of our strategic talent pipeline.

Due to DuPont’s on-going growth and development in Europe, we are actively sourcing a talented EMEA Talent Acquisition Recruiter f/m. 

This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader EMEA & APAC.

The Consultant will be based either in France or Belgium (DuPont offices in Paris 17è & Mechelen – hybrid working model also offers workplace flexibility with 40% home-based).

Responsibilities

 

Responsible for recruiting in Europe and support other countries within the EMEA region. You will develop relationships with hiring managers and HR & managers to plan and execute recruiting projects. With an unyielding focus on quality - of both the talent recruited and the service provided to internal customers, as well as other key metrics including diversity, speed and cost.

 

Direct sourcing will be an important focus – subsequently you will effectively leverage every viable tool and resource. Developing your network will be a key aspect as will leveraging the networks of internal and external contacts.

 

Equally, developing a strong understanding of DuPont and its markets will be critical. As will developing a thorough understanding of and networks within the key external talent pools.

 

Your key responsibilities will be

• Responsible for recruiting the best possible talent for DuPont.
• Represent DuPont to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the DuPont employer brand in the region.
• Process leadership - responsible for leading the recruiting process – focusing on these key aspects agreeing requirements & ensuring alignment, talent sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination & management, offer stage, communication until on boarding commences.
• Develop strong knowledge of DuPont, it’s industries and the key external talent pools.
• Apply direct search / networking methodology to identify talent within limited and / or specific candidate pools.
• Effectively leverage social media tools to source talent.
• Manage vacancy postings and candidate response on internal / external job boards.
• Strict adherence to all requisite internal & external standards.
• Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required.
• Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.
  

 

A successful candidate must have

Graduate degree or equivalent.

Experience as Recruiter from an in-house or search firm environment – with a strong track record in delivering challenging and complex searches.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required (an additional European language is a plus).

And demonstrable proficiency in

• Successfully recruiting a variety of complex positions within technical industries (such as manufacturing or engineering).
• Effectively managing and executing on a number of challenging priorities concurrently.
• Recruiting internationally – particularly with broad European knowledge.
• Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies.
• Partnering with and influencing internal customers, stakeholders, colleagues and external partners.
• University Recruitment.
• Social Media.
• Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
• Highly knowledge regarding recruitment processes, sourcing and selection techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Demonstrated professionalism and capability to deliver.
  

The individual will be hired for a period of 12 months minimum.
