Main tasks

Synergy/Sustainability projects
  • Be able, with guidance of the Group E&S expert, to write out specificationsw/URS for equipment/services (Heat exchangers, automation, piping, etc.);
  • Be able to facilitate an objective comparison of several suppliers bidding for a certain scope of the project;
  • Execute projects from feasibility/concept stage to full operation & do a proper handover to the site team;
  • Follow a structured approach & document projects (project brief, planning, Gantt chart, Capex follow up …);
  • Give the business/stakeholders on a timely basis a structuted update of the projects you manage;
  • Assist sites/Group E&S expert in the preparation of business cases for strategic synergy & sustainabilty projects;
  • Follow-up on implementation of synergy/sustainability projects via installation manager(s). If required you are the temporary back-up of one of the installation managers of your project;
  • Maintain business relationships with key suppliers & contractors to leverage any future potential cooperation;
  • Sharing best project management practices across sites/regions;
  • Assist & follow up with the rollout & handover of strategic projects to site teams via post capex audit process;
  • Provide project management awareness training where appropriate;
  • Frequent travel (work related) is expected and where approriate this can be balanced with home working (subject to approval).

Master we are looking for ? Master recherché

Experienced engineer with a knowledge of thermodynacics, hydraulics and recognised project management skills.

You have ideally a track record to deliver mutideciplinairy projects of 3m€+.

Being multilingual is a plus (ENG/DUTCH/FRENCH/SPANISH).
