Main tasks

As a Project Manager Water Technologies you are responsible for:
  • Designing and overseeing projects involving potable water provision & waste water treatment in general, in all the regions where the company operates (multi site & multi year).
  • Capturing new technical knowledge and assure that is properly transfered within the global Boortmalt organization.
  • Developing best practices in water and waste water treatment with the aim of water conservation and overall business efficiencies in line with our Sustainability agenda.
  • Contributing to enhance the project management system, improving the process form initial ideation up to final start up and project closing, to have projects deployed on time in full specs.
  • Driving projects and asset care recommendations, from the project preparation to final operational standard operating procedures hand out, considering the maintenance and reliability as part of this process.
  • Create and maintain a positive relationship in all departments, coach them during the implementation of projects.

Master we are looking for ? Master recherché
  • You have more than 3 years experience working in water and waste water treatment.
  • You have at least 1 year experience in project management.
  • You have a Bachelor’s Science degree in engineering, or another relevant field.
  • You are a team player, respectful, and have excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • You speak and write English, fluently. Other languages is a plus.
  • You have knowledge of narative descriptions preparation and interpretation for this type of processes.
