dFakto is looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager, client-focused and passionate about digital solutions.

As an Odoo Project Manager at dFakto, you will be responsible for implementing Odoo as a platform solution for our clients. Your experience will allow you to oversee and support simultaneously multiple implementation projects while leading different people.

Tasks:

· Together with a transversal project team, delivering dFakto platforms in an efficient manner and in line with dFakto’s best practices and quality standards.

· Leading, managing and motivating the members of the project team.

· Identifying risks and issues and forming hypotheses.

· Reviewing external clients demands and developing project plans

· Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions.

· Proactively providing the client with clear and accurate reporting.

· Managing competing resources and priorities.

· Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

· Aligning with the company’s management through regular and faithful reporting of your projects’ progress.

· Training and coaching project and other resources.

· Identifying business opportunities.

You will also contribute to the development of the company through your vision and your taste for entrepreneurial activities.

Your Profile

Required qualifications:

· master’s in applied economics or Business Engineer (or equivalent by experience).

· 8 years’ experience in the field of consultancy and project management (IT, data).

· Strong analytical skills and excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

· Focused on budget and used to delivery by margin.

· Familiar with the Agile methodology and experience with the Scrum framework (a certification is a plus).

· Excellent command of French and English (Dutch is a plus).

· Creative, independent with a strong aptitude for oral presentation.

· Excellent head for business and entrepreneurial activities.

· Traveling abroad is not a blocking point.

Nice to have:

· Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tool: (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview/Qliksense).

· Work experience in a leading tier 1 or tier 2 consulting company.

· Participation in the creation and/or growth of a Startup.

· Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
