About the Team

We are strengthening our Digital & Master Data team with a new role as a system analyst. As the system analyst you will be joining the high performing Digital & Master Data team responsible of managing the Karo Group ERP ownership, Master Data governance and driving automation within global processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Being the key source/person for knowledge in the ERP system for Karo
• Key contact person for external support team in Sri Lanka (IFS support team – Application Management Support team)
• Collecting improvement initiatives and mapping them to current solution (including feasibility study, cost/benefit assessment, impact assessment)
• Jira key user and coordinator
• Facilitate documentation of solution (Making sure we have sufficient documentation of solution, incl work instructions)
• Incident management together with ERP system supplier and system owner as well as super users
• Support the master data team in coordinating the ERP super user team
• Identify and implement improvements, automation, and process excellence
• Work closely with the master data team, including back up as required
• User access management

Projects:

• Participate various workstreams in the ERP Cloud implementation (learn the system and integrations, join and lead UAT, documentation etc)
• Support the ERP setup of E-commerce flows
• Lead work with integration platform or other way of integrating in best possible ways to other systems to and from the ERP
• Support other projects with touchpoint in the ERP
• Support the BI project with seamless processes / data from ERP to DW (together with master data team

Requirements

• University degree in system science, finance or supply chain/logistics or similar
• English speaking and writing fluently (English are a requirement, other languages is a benefit)
• Technical skills in ERP- having documented knowledge in ERP system processes
• Experience from supporting users and providing training in ERP

We believe that you have 2-5 years of experience from working with in the ERP support area and that you are structured, collaborative and a self-leading professional. Meritorious if you have been working with global Shared Service Center, pharmaceutical industry and User access management.
