As an administrative clerk with technical affinity your key responsibility is to assist the design engineering teams with several supporting tasks ranging from ordering prototype material, releasing new designs and design iterations to production, crafting documents for shipping beta units.

  • As change coordinator you will lead the ECO (engineering change orders) process by reviewing the integrity of ECO’s before submitting for technical review until release in the document database and push of the new part numbers into the ERP-system SAP.
  • Host ECO review meetings with engineering and operations teams and follow up.
  • Responsible for supporting the design engineering teams with administrative tasks to purchase prototype material and ship beta products to other offices and customers.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers to buy engineering project material and follow up the delivery with these suppliers.
Profiel
  • You have an administrative background with a strong technical feeling. A bachelor’s Degree with a technical major is a plus but no must
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with an analytical mind, an eye for detail, a positive attitude, yet a strong teammate respecting opinion of others while driving for results and continuous improvement
  • As you will interact with partners of different nationalities and locations, proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is a must
