To enforce our team we’re looking for a business analyst who will:

  • analyse business processes and workflows to spot opportunities for optimization
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
  • develop and maintain documentation for financial models, reports, and analyses
  • monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • provide subject matter expertise within credit risk or claims processes
  • conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
  • develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the business
  • communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

  • holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • brings at least 5 years of experience as an analyst
  • has a first experience in the finance or insurance sector
  • possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
  • has excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English
  • demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
  • can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • pays attention to detail and focuses on accuracy
  • knows financial modelling and analysis tools like BPNM (a plus)
