Make It Uniquely Yours.As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you help shape the CI roadmap, implement and monitor CI projects with a focus on quality, cost, safety and sustainability.In addition, you will also be responsible for developing a production training plan in the field of technology, safety and lean tools in order to increase the competences of our production employees and improve flexibility.How You Will Contribute
  • You will contribute to the improvement of processes, increase the quality of a wide range of products, alongside the reduction of internal costs. While using CI, Lean and or Sig Sigma methods and tools.
  • As a key player, you will be part of various projects helping with the implementation of the action plans within the set time limits.
  • You contribute to propagating a mentality that strives for sustained continuous improvement.
  • You will provide training and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards directly resulting from CI activities.
  • You will help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
  • Help teams with collecting and extracting data from the system to support CI activities and the DMS.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within the production environment.
  • Certified in Lean six sigma
  • CI and high-performance work systems experience
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
  • Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
  • Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
  • Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
  • Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
  • Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English mandatory.
