The Role of F&B & Front of house agent

  • Serves guests in a prompt and courteous manner in accordance with Food & Drink service standards during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
  • Prepares and properly garnishes food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation
  • Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times
  • Promotes additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell
  • Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
  • Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
  • Arranges for special services requested by the guest
  • Performs night audit duties as required
  • Achieves departmental targets for guest satisfaction, room revenue and company initiatives and promotions by supervising the Front Office operation

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
