You will be responsible for the customer care of our online and in store clients. You can provide an excellent service to our clients and offer them the best possible experience.

Tasks:

- Provide customers with correct information regarding our products and services like availability, price and delivery time.

- After-sales services: delivery issues, monitoring undelivered goods, refunds, and exchanges, dealing with complaints.

Skills:

- You are customer minded and willing to help.

- You can work organized and know your priorities

- Good writing and speaking skills in Dutch, French and English

- German is a plus.
