About the job

As Customer Care you will represent HighCo DATA Benelux as well as several brands and actions for customer and small retailers.

You will be responsible for all the contacts and requests and will ensure their follow up.

You will also support the Fulfiment department team regarding operational administration.

Responsibilities

· Sales Support & Customer Care Department

· Manage all contacts with consumer of small retailers

· Responsible for the customer satisfaction

· Follow up all incoming requests by phone (50%) – email or ticketing tool

Requests regarding: practical brand/action details, request/case status, refunds,…)

· Check and update all uncomplete cases/files

· Manage refused cases and inform customer accordingly

· Respect the company SLA’s regarding the emails and calls follow-up.

· Admin support (input and validation of the customer proof of purchase)

· Other administrative operational tasks

Qualifications

· Bilingual spoken and written ( NL/FR or FR/NL)

· Min. A2

· Min. 2 years’ experience at a similar role (Contact Center / Customer Care / Client service

Representative / Internal commercial service)

· Good Office tools knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel - AS400 would be an asset)

· Professional communication (spoken and written) Commercial feeling

· Team spirit

· Excellent organization skills

· Proactive and able to prioritize work
