Below is an overview of your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will handle and send incoming telephone calls, e-mails and faxes:
  • Taking phone calls and answering questions from the customer and internal and external intermediaries according to predefined procedures.
  • Collecting additional information.
  • Checking data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reception and service; providing technical support; searching the workplace.
  • Keeping the customer and all parties involved informed.
  • Complaint handling
Monitoring And Controlling The Agreements With The Parties Involved
  • With regard to the service provision
  • With regard to complaint handling, etc.
  • With regard to the terms of service and agreements
You are responsible for the full handling and follow-up of all contract-related matters within the set deadlines:
  • Administrative processing of all relevant information (creating, following up and closing all breakdown files)
  • Entering required information into the system.
  • Registering of performed operations.
  • Responsible for the internal and external follow-up of customer files.

What knowledge do we expect from you?
  • You can communicate fluently in different languages
  • You have various PC skills
  • If you have technical knowledge in the automotive sector, this is a plus
  • No specific knowledge and experience required
