Our client is a multicultural and multilingual support platform.Every day, their team ensures that the customers’ broken-down vehicle or lorry gets back on the road as quickly as possible.You will work in a small team in which you will be supported by a team lead and helpful colleagues.You will meet lots of new people with unique stories and backgrounds.And last but not least: you will grow and learn new things every day.As a customer service officer, you will work Monday to Friday in rotating shifts.Your Main Tasks Will Be
  • Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer’s inquiries and intervening parties.
  • Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
  • Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
  • Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
  • Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.
ProfielFor this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:Knowledge And Experience
  • Language: Turkish (proficient), Dutch (proficient) & English (well)
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
  • Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, …) is a plus
  • No specific experience required
